The short version: every figure here is attributed and dated, and that is the whole of what we promise. It is not advice, and it is not a substitute for the authority's own page.
This site is published by Domino Services Ltd.
Each charge, penalty, hour and rule on this site names the authority that published it, links to the page or document we read, and gives the date we read it. That attribution is the promise. We do not estimate, and where we could not confirm something we say so in place of a number.
We do not promise that a figure is still current. An authority can change a tariff the day after we read its page, and it is under no obligation to tell us. We re-check what we can and withdraw what we cannot, but before you travel, check the authority's own page — we link to it on every figure precisely so that you can.
The site is provided as it is, without warranty. We are not liable for a fine, a charge or a journey that went differently than you expected, and the authority's published rule governs — not our description of it. If our figure and theirs disagree, theirs is correct and ours is a bug: tell us and we will withdraw ours until it has been re-checked.
Read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. What you may not do is scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other readers, or republish it in a way that strips the attribution and dates — those are the part that makes it worth anything, and a copy without them is exactly the kind of unsourced guide this site exists to replace.
The underlying facts belong to the authorities that published them, and their own terms govern their pages and documents. Where a source carries a licence notice, we follow it.
When these terms change, the changed version replaces this one at this address. We do not keep a separate archive of earlier versions.
