Driving in Baricella: Low emission zone

Baricella, Italy · Low emission zone

Official name Piano Aria Integrato Regionale (PAIR 2030) — misure straordinarie per le zone di Pianura Est (Ordinanza Sindacale n. 9/2026 del 28/09/2026 del Comune di Baricella, BO)

In force in Baricella right nowTuesday, 13 October 2026 at 11:05 · Europe/Rome

  • In force Monday to Friday, 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027, public holidays excluded: petrol, LPG/petrol and methane/petrol up to Euro 2; diesel up to Euro 4; mopeds and motorcycles up to Euro 2. 🔑 This is the ONLY vehicle list in the order — there is no stricter Sunday list and no emergency list.

Lifts Tuesday, 13 October 2026 at 18:30 local time.

🚨 There is exactly one rule in this timetable and that is the finding, not an omission. This order names no ecological Sundays and imposes no emergency circulation measures, so Saturday, Sunday and alert days carry no ban. Most orders in this family have two or three rules here. No timetable may be copied from one town to another.

A Euro 5 diesel is lawful in Baricella on every day of the season. That is not true at Formigine, Castenaso, Maranello or Piacenza.

🚨 This timetable is narrower than the order. Point 1 excludes public holidays as a class — "festivi esclusi" — before it names any particular feast, and only the six named feasts can be put in a calendar. A public holiday that is not on that list may also be outside the ban; the six entries here are the ones the order states.

The emergency article is real and has two limbs, but neither reaches a vehicle: the Arpae bulletin for the Province of Bologna triggers a livestock-slurry ban and a wood-biomass heating ban.

Strike days are not in this timetable: the order suspends the ban on any day of a local public transport strike, and those are called at short notice.

⚠️ This timetable is a clock and it cannot carry this order's most important limit, which is spatial: the ban applies on nine named roads in three settlements, not across the town. A vehicle on the banned list can be entirely lawful at every hour in this table.

🚨 Nor can it carry the gap in the order itself: Passo Segni is named in the ban and omitted from the article that delimits it. See the area.

Operating times only, read from the source below. It does not check your vehicle.

What applies

Baricella closes named streets in five of its built-up areas to older vehicles for the winter half of the year, from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027. Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded, 08:30 to 18:30, the ban catches petrol cars up to and including Euro 2, LPG/petrol and methane/petrol up to and including Euro 2, diesel cars up to and including Euro 4, and mopeds and motorcycles up to and including Euro 2.

Nothing is on sale: there is no day ticket, no charge and no payable derogation. The fine is set by national law and the order states it, a range of €168 to €679, with fifteen to thirty days' licence suspension for a repeat offence within two years. 🔑 THIS IS THE FIRST ORDER IN THIS FAMILY THAT SAYS WHERE THE EDGE IS IN WORDS A DRIVER CAN USE.

Point 7 lists the restricted roads one by one — via Giovannini, via Roma, via Marconi, via Bianchetta, via Sant'Anna and via Bocche in Baricella itself; via Savena Vecchia at San Gabriele-Mondonuovo; via Savena Abbandonata and via Bernardi at Boschi. Soliera refers to an unpublished plan, Bagnolo in Piano to nothing at all, and Vignola to a drawing that cannot be read.

This order names streets. 🚨 BUT IT NAMES FIVE SETTLEMENTS IN POINT 1 AND ONLY THREE IN POINT 7, AND THE MISSING ONE IS A REAL GAP RATHER THAN A TYPOGRAPHICAL ONE. Point 1 restricts "le aree dei centri abitati di Baricella, San Gabriele, Mondonuovo, Boschi, Passo Segni".

Point 7, which exists precisely to identify those areas, covers Baricella, San Gabriele-Mondonuovo and Boschi.

Passo Segni appears in the ban and never again. ⚠️ This record does not resolve that and must not: a reader in Passo Segni is inside a ban whose own delimiting article does not reach them. 🔑 MOVE-IN EXEMPTS AN ENROLLED VEHICLE HERE — the opposite of Bagnolo in Piano, published seven days earlier on the same Arpae index, where the scheme appears only in the recitals.

And like its neighbours this order names no ecological Sundays and imposes no emergency vehicle ban, so a Euro 5 diesel is lawful on every day of the season.

Comune di Baricella (BO) — Ordinanza Sindacale n. 9/2026 del 28/09/2026, signed digitally by the Mayor, Omar Mattioli, and published by Arpae Emilia-Romagna, the regional agency that collects the implementing ordinances of the municipalities bound by the PAIR 2030

Daily charge

Nothing is charged and nothing is on sale. The order bans the listed classes from the streets it names and then lists the vehicles and journeys that are exempt; there is no day ticket, no registration fee and no payable derogation a visitor could buy.

The one route by which a banned vehicle can be authorised is Move-In, the regional telematics scheme, which fits a black box and allows a monitored annual mileage allowance instead of a flat prohibition, on the terms of Annexes A, B and C to regional decision DGR n. 1493 of 22/09/2025 as applied here "come disposto dall'ordinanza n.

20/2025". 🚨 THAT IT IS AVAILABLE AT ALL IS THE FINDING, BECAUSE THE NEAREST ORDER PUBLISHED IN THE SAME WEEK DOES NOT OFFER IT. Move-In is operative exemption letter d) of point 8 here.

At Bagnolo in Piano, seven days earlier on the same Arpae index, the scheme is named four times in the preamble and never once after the word ORDINA — so an enrolled driver is exempt in Baricella and banned in Bagnolo in Piano, under one regional scheme, in one season. 🔑 The positional test that separates recital from command (D-334) is what distinguishes them, and it has to be run on every order in this family rather than inferred from any other.

Its reach here is the wide one: letter d) excludes Move-In vehicles from the point 1 ban "nel rispetto delle caratteristiche del servizio" and attaches none of the "solo relativamente alle limitazioni strutturali" narrowing that Formigine and Castenaso use.

The preamble does recite the regional caveat, that Move-In does not allow enrolled vehicles to circulate when emergency circulation measures are active or on ecological Sundays, "ove adottate con specifica ordinanza". ⚠️ Read against this order the caveat has nothing to bite on: Baricella adopts no ecological Sunday, and its emergency article imposes no circulation limitation.

Move-In is in any case a scheme for vehicles registered in the participating regions rather than something a foreign visitor can buy on arrival, and neither the order nor the regional decision states a price in the documents read here, so none is given.

When it operates

Seasonal, and the season had not yet begun when this was read. The ban runs from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027. Monday to Friday the window is 08:30 to 18:30. 🔑 AND THIS ORDER ADDS THREE WORDS NO OTHER IN THE FAMILY USES: "festivi esclusi".

Point 1 reads "dal lunedì al venerdì, festivi esclusi, dalle 8.30 alle 18.30" — public holidays are excluded as a class, before any particular feast is named.

Its siblings suspend only the days they list. ⚠️ The practical effect is wider than the list that follows and this record does not narrow it: a public holiday falling on a weekday is outside the ban here whether or not it is one of the six the order goes on to name. 🚨 THERE IS NO SUNDAY RULE.

Point 1 is the only article in the order that names a vehicle, and it names Monday to Friday. "Domeniche ecologiche" appears once in the whole document, in the preamble, recounting what regional decision DGR 1493/2025 says Move-In does not cover. This order is not that specific ordinance.

Saturday and Sunday carry no ban at all. 🚫 DO NOT CARRY A NEIGHBOUR'S CALENDAR HERE. Formigine names nineteen ecological Sundays with December empty; Castenaso names twenty-three including all four December Sundays; Piacenza names twenty; Maranello names none and instead declares every Sunday of the season closed.

Vignola, Soliera, Bagnolo in Piano and this order have none at all. 🚨 NOR IS THERE AN EMERGENCY CIRCULATION BAN, though the machinery for one is fully built. Point 6 sets up the familiar trigger: the Arpae bulletin issued on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, measured for the territory of the Province of Bologna, the measures running from the day after the bulletin until the next control day inclusive.

It then lists exactly two measures, 6.1 a prohibition on spreading livestock slurry and 6.2 a prohibition on wood-biomass domestic heating below the five-star class. No vehicle appears under either.

THE NAMED SUSPENDED DAYS ARE SIX: 1 November, 8 December, Christmas Day, St Stephen's Day, New Year's Day and Epiphany, plus any day of a local public transport strike. ⚠️ Four of the six can actually do something, because the ban only runs Monday to Friday.

Checked against the calendar on 2026-09-30: 8 December 2026 is a Tuesday, Christmas Day a Friday, 1 January 2027 a Friday and Epiphany a Wednesday; 1 November 2026 is a Sunday and St Stephen's Day a Saturday. ⚠️ TWO ABSENCES ARE WORTH NAMING.

There is no patron saint's day, and there is no Easter: Bagnolo in Piano suspends both Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, and Easter Monday, 29 March 2027, is a working Monday inside this season too. 🔑 Whether "festivi esclusi" reaches it instead is a question this order raises and does not answer, and this record does not answer it either.

Area covered

FIVE built-up areas are banned and THREE are delimited, and the gap between those two numbers is the most important thing on this page.

Point 1 restricts "le aree dei centri abitati di Baricella, San Gabriele, Mondonuovo, Boschi, Passo Segni come individuati dalla DGC n.102 del 18/12/2018" — five settlements, identified by a council resolution of 18 December 2018. 🔑 POINT 7 THEN DOES SOMETHING NO OTHER ORDER IN THIS FAMILY DOES: IT NAMES THE STREETS.

"Le aree del centro abitato del Comune di Baricella in cui si applica il divieto di circolazione di cui al punto 1 sono di seguito individuate" — and then, for Baricella itself: via Giovannini from the start of the built-up area to the junction with via Roma; via Roma from the junction with via Giovannini to the junction with via Bianchetta; via Marconi; via Bianchetta; via Sant'Anna; and via Bocche.

For San Gabriele-Mondonuovo: via Savena Vecchia. For Boschi: via Savena Abbandonata and via Bernardi. ⚠️ Read literally this is not an area at all but a set of road segments — which is arguably more useful to a driver than a polygon, because it is what a driver actually meets. 🚨 AND PASSO SEGNI IS NOT THERE.

It is named in the ban at point 1 and never appears in point 7, the article whose entire purpose is to identify the areas point 1 restricts. 🚫 THIS RECORD DOES NOT RESOLVE THAT, AND THE REASONS FOR NOT RESOLVING IT ARE WORTH STATING.

Either reading is defensible from the document — that the ban covers Passo Segni and the delimitation simply omits it, or that the ban reaches only what point 7 identifies — and the two readings put a driver in opposite positions. Nothing in the order chooses between them, and the council resolution point 1 cites is not published on the publisher's page.

A visitor driving a banned vehicle through Passo Segni should assume the ban applies, because that is the reading the order's own point 1 states. ⚠️ NO GEOMETRY IS PUBLISHED. The delimiting instrument, DGC n.

102 of 18/12/2018, is cited but not served: Arpae's sub-page for Baricella carries exactly one file, the ordinance. The ordinance PDF contains no map — scripts/pdf-images.py finds exactly one image object in fourteen pages and it was written out and looked at rather than assumed (D-339): it is the Comune's wordmark, the name set over its own mirrored reflection above the line "Città metropolitana di Bologna".

So the street names are all a reader gets, and they are enough to stand on and not enough to draw. 🔑 One thing the order does settle is which territory the duty comes from: the preamble records that the Comune "è ubicato nella zona Pianura Est", the eastern-plain zone covered by the Court of Justice judgment of 10 November 2020, and is bound to implement the PAIR 2030 measures on that footing.

Why there is no map here
No geometry is published, but this is the least empty not_published in the family and the distinction is worth keeping rather than flattening. The order delimits its restricted extent IN WORDS, street by street: point 7 identifies "le aree del centro abitato del Comune di Baricella in cui si applica il divieto di circolazione di cui al punto 1" as via Giovannini from the start of the built-up area to the junction with via Roma, via Roma from that junction to the junction with via Bianchetta, via Marconi, via Bianchetta, via Sant'Anna and via Bocche at Baricella; via Savena Vecchia at San Gabriele-Mondonuovo; and via Savena Abbandonata and via Bernardi at Boschi. 🔑 That is a set of road segments rather than an area, and for a driver it is arguably more useful than a polygon — it is what they actually meet. It is also the first time in this family that a reader gets anything at all: Soliera refers to an unpublished planimetry, Bagnolo in Piano to nothing whatever, and Vignola to an annexed drawing that is published and unreadable. 🚨 BUT THE DELIMITATION IS SHORT OF THE BAN BY ONE SETTLEMENT. Point 1 restricts five centri abitati — Baricella, San Gabriele, Mondonuovo, Boschi and Passo Segni — "come individuati dalla DGC n.102 del 18/12/2018"; point 7 delimits three of them and never mentions Passo Segni. This record does not resolve that and states both readings, because the document supports both and they put a driver in opposite positions. The delimiting council resolution, DGC n. 102 of 18/12/2018, is cited and not served: on 2026-09-30 Arpae's sub-page for Baricella carried exactly ONE PDF link, the ordinance. The ordinance PDF carries no map either — scripts/pdf-images.py finds exactly ONE image object in fourteen pages, 252 × 210 pixels, and it was written out and looked at rather than assumed (D-339): it is the Comune's wordmark, the name set over its own mirrored reflection above "Città metropolitana di Bologna". 🚫 The comune outline is not a stand-in and would be a badly wrong one here: relation/43427, "Baricella", is the level-8 municipal territory centred 3.918 km from the anchor, while the restriction reaches nine named road segments in three settlements — a municipal polygon would overstate the restricted extent by orders of magnitude and would also assert an answer about Passo Segni that the order does not give. Baricella is warned from its city anchor instead, and the streets are stated in prose where a driver can read them.
Petrol standard

Petrol cars of Euro 0, Euro 1 and Euro 2 are banned — "veicoli alimentati a benzina EURO 0, EURO 1 ed EURO 2, non conformi alla direttiva 98/69/A CE e successive" — so a petrol car needs to be Euro 3 or better. Bi-fuel vehicles running on LPG/petrol or methane/petrol are banned up to and including Euro 2.

Mopeds and motorcycles are banned up to and including Euro 2. ⚠️ THE BI-FUEL LINE CITES A DIFFERENT DIRECTIVE FROM THE REST OF THE FAMILY, AND THE PUBLISHER'S OWN TEXT IS ALSO SHORT A WORD. It reads "veicoli alimentati a GPL/benzina o metano/benzina 0, EURO 1 ed EURO 2, non conformi alla direttiva 91/542/CEE St II e successive o alla direttiva 94/12/CE e successive".

The first class is printed as a bare "0" with no "EURO" in front of it, and the directives named are 91/542/CEE and 94/12/CE where Soliera, Vignola and Bagnolo in Piano all name 98/69/A CE for the same vehicles. 🔑 Both forms are preserved as printed (D-261): the threshold a driver needs is unaffected — Euro 0, 1 and 2 are banned either way — and this record does not repair a publisher's citation. ⚠️ THE TWO-WHEELER LINES ARE PRINTED TWICE AND THE FIRST OF THEM CARRIES A DOUBLED WORD.

The order lists "ciclomotori e motocicli EURO 0, EURO 1 ed EURO 2 non conformi alla direttiva direttiva 2003/77/CE e successive" and then, on the next indent, "motocicli EURO 0, EURO 1 ed EURO 2 non conformi alla direttiva 2003/77/CE e successive" — motorcycles twice, and mopeds folded into the motorcycle directive. 🔑 Its siblings put mopeds under Directive 2013/60/EC and motorcycles under 2003/77/EC on separate lines.

Again the threshold is unaffected: Euro 0 to Euro 2 on two wheels is banned under every reading.

Diesel standard

Diesel cars are banned up to and including Euro 4 — "veicoli diesel EURO 0, EURO 1, EURO 2, EURO 3 ed EURO 4 non conformi alla direttiva 2005/55/CE B2 e successive o alla direttiva 99/96 fase III oppure Riga B2 o C e successive" — so a diesel needs to be Euro 5 or better. 🚨 AND THAT IS TRUE ON EVERY DAY OF THE SEASON.

There is no second list: no ecological Sunday on which the threshold moves to Euro 5, and no emergency vehicle limitation. Formigine, Castenaso, Maranello and Piacenza all carry one or both. A Euro 5 diesel is therefore lawful in Baricella on a Tuesday, on a Sunday and during an air-quality alert alike. 🔑 AND A EURO 4 DIESEL HAS A WAY OUT HERE THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE AT BAGNOLO IN PIANO.

Move-In is operative exemption letter d) of point 8, so an enrolled vehicle is outside the point 1 ban.

The order published seven days earlier at Bagnolo in Piano, on the same index, grants nothing of the kind. ⚠️ A reader who has seen that Italian national law set a structural Euro 5 diesel limitation from 1 October 2026 should note that it does not reach Baricella: the national duty applies "nei centri abitati dei Comuni con popolazione superiore a 100.000 abitanti", and Baricella sits on Arpae's register of plain-country municipalities below thirty thousand. 🚫 UNLIKE ITS SIBLINGS THIS ORDER DOES NOT PRINT ITS OWN POPULATION, so no figure is given here.

Soliera prints 15 465 and Bagnolo in Piano 9 643, each in its own preamble; this preamble recites the 100 000 threshold and never states where the Comune stands against it. A number could be taken from a statistical source, but it would not be this publisher's and it is not needed: the register the order is filed on already settles which duty binds it.

Penalty if you do not comply
€168.00 The order sets a range, not a fixed sum: under "art. 7 comma 13 bis del vigente Codice della Strada" a breach of the circulation limits "previste dal punto 1" carries a fine of €168.00 to €679.00, "salvo adeguamenti previsti ai sensi dell'articolo 195" — those amounts are revised nationally for inflation every two years. A repeat offence within two years also carries suspension of the driving licence for fifteen to thirty days. 🔑 Note that this order, alone in the family, ties the circulation fine explicitly to point 1 rather than to the ordinance at large. ⚠️ THE CEILING SPLITS THE FAMILY FOUR TO TWO. Castenaso, Vignola, Bagnolo in Piano and this order print €679; Formigine and Soliera print €678. Six editions of one regional template quoting a national tariff none of them sets. This page quotes its own publisher and states the divergence (D-261); the practical consequence for a driver is nil, because the amount actually imposed is fixed by the national revision in force on the day. 🚨 THE 20% LATE-PAYMENT SURCHARGE IS SCOPED BY LEGAL PROCEDURE HERE, NOT BY LETTER — A SIXTH DIFFERENT ANSWER IN SIX PUBLICATIONS. The clause reads "Relativamente alle sanzioni amministrative pecuniarie soggette alla procedura ai sensi della legge 689/1981, in caso di mancato pagamento della sanzione, la sanzione sarà maggiorata del 20%". Formigine's names "lettere b), c) e d)" and so excludes the driving fine; Castenaso's names a letter f) its own list does not contain; Vignola's order has no surcharge clause at all; Soliera's names "lettere a), b)" and reaches it; Bagnolo in Piano's names nothing and so reaches everything above it; this one names a statute instead. ⚠️ AND THIS RECORD DOES NOT ADJUDICATE WHAT THAT SCOPE COVERS, WHICH IS THE HONEST POSITION RATHER THAN A CAUTIOUS ONE. The circulation fine is imposed under the Highway Code, which carries its own enforcement procedure; L. 689/1981 supplies general principles of administrative penalty law. The same order states, a few lines earlier, that its fines are applied "secondo i principi fissati in via generale dalla Legge n. 689 del 24/11/1981 E dal Nuovo Codice della Strada" — both instruments, not one. Whether the driving fine falls inside a clause scoped to "the procedure under law 689/1981" is a question of Italian administrative law that the document does not settle and that this project has no sourced answer to. 🔑 The safe reading for a driver is the same under either interpretation: pay within sixty days. The order's other measures carry separate penalties, all under article 7-bis of the TUEL: misuse of an exemption document — a photocopy, or one used by someone other than the person named on it — runs from €25 to €500; breach of the wood-biomass and open-burning points 2.1 and 2.2 runs from €25 to €500 and the offender must stop immediately; and a shop-door breach runs from €50 to €500 and falls on the business owner. 🚨 TWO THINGS ARE WRONG WITH THAT CHAIN AND BOTH ARE PRESERVED RATHER THAN REPAIRED (D-261). First, three of its cross-references point at articles this ordinance does not contain: letter d) punishes breaches of "punti 3,4.1,5.1,5.2,5,3" and letter e) punishes a breach of "punto 4.3", but point 4 has no sub-points at all and point 5 stops at 5.2. This is the Castenaso failure repeating — that order's surcharge clause pointed at a letter f) its own list did not contain. Second, there is a gap the siblings do not have: points 2.3 and 2.4, the open-burning prohibitions, carry NO penalty here, where Bagnolo in Piano fines the same conduct €300 to €3,000 under article 10(4) of D.L. 69/2023. Where a document is forged or altered the enforcing officer seizes it and opens a judicial-police file. ⚠️ Enforcement is unusual in what it omits: the order names the road-police bodies of article 12 of the Highway Code, the officers and agents of the judicial police, the Guardie Ecologiche Volontarie and Legambiente's volunteer wardens — and no municipal or union police force, which every other order in this family names.Source: Comune di Baricella, read 2026-09-30

How to comply
  • Check the date. The scheme is dormant from 1 April to 30 September and bites from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027, Monday to Friday 08:30–18:30, public holidays excluded.
  • 🔑 Saturday and Sunday carry no ban at all. This order names no ecological Sundays. If you have read that the comuni around Baricella close their centres to Euro 5 diesels on named Sundays, that is Formigine's, Castenaso's, Maranello's and Piacenza's rule — it is not this one.
  • Work out your Euro class against a single list, which is all this order has. Banned: petrol, LPG/petrol and methane/petrol up to Euro 2; diesel up to Euro 4; mopeds and motorcycles up to Euro 2. There is no stricter list on any day, no ticket, no permit and no payment that changes it.
  • 🔑 Check the street, because this order tells you the streets — which is rare. The ban applies on via Giovannini, via Roma, via Marconi, via Bianchetta, via Sant'Anna and via Bocche in Baricella; on via Savena Vecchia at San Gabriele-Mondonuovo; and on via Savena Abbandonata and via Bernardi at Boschi. Via Giovannini is restricted from the start of the built-up area to the junction with via Roma, and via Roma from that junction to the junction with via Bianchetta.
  • 🚨 PASSO SEGNI IS A GAP IN THE ORDER ITSELF, NOT IN THIS PAGE. The ban at point 1 names Passo Segni among the five settlements it covers; the article that identifies the restricted areas names only three, and Passo Segni is not one of them. Assume the ban applies there, because point 1 says so, and expect no street list to tell you where it starts.
  • Move-In exempts an enrolled vehicle here, outright. ⚠️ Do not carry that across the comune boundary: the order for Bagnolo in Piano, published a week earlier under the same regional scheme, does not grant it at all.
  • 🔑 Ignore the air-quality bulletin for this town. Point 6 does set up the Arpae trigger for the Province of Bologna, and it activates two measures — a livestock-slurry ban and a wood-biomass heating ban. Neither touches a vehicle.
  • The fine is €168 to €679 under article 7 paragraph 13-bis of the Highway Code, with fifteen to thirty days' licence suspension for a repeat offence within two years. Pay within sixty days: the order adds 20% on late payment, and whether that reaches this particular fine is left unclear by its own wording.
  • Six named days lift the ban, plus any day of a local public transport strike: 1 November, 8 December, Christmas Day, St Stephen's Day, New Year's Day and Epiphany. ⚠️ Only four can do anything, because the ban runs Monday to Friday — 8 December 2026, Christmas Day, 1 January 2027 and Epiphany. 🔑 Any other public holiday falling on a weekday should also be outside the ban, because point 1 says "festivi esclusi" before it names any feast at all.
  • Electric and hybrid vehicles are never caught, and neither are cars carrying at least three people where the vehicle is approved for four or more seats — two people where it is approved for two or three. Vehicles registered for specific transport or special uses are outside the ban as well, and so are the Comune's own operational vehicles.
  • A disabled person's parking badge exempts the vehicle serving them, and so do journeys carrying someone to urgent or scheduled medical treatment, home-care patients and their carers, and blood donors on the day of donation. Emergency, rescue, breakdown-recovery, public-security and utility-maintenance vehicles are exempt, as are buses and school buses, doctors and vets on urgent home visits with their professional badge, vehicles carrying perishable goods or medicines, vehicles going to a booked roadworthiness test, market and fair traders, hotel guests' vehicles, heavy goods vehicles running between their operating base and roads outside the ban, postal vehicles and vehicles on trade plates.
  • ⚠️ Carry the original of whatever document your exemption rests on. A photocopy, or a document used by someone other than the person named on it, is a separate offence at €25 to €500.
  • ⚠️ Enforcement here is not a municipal police force — the order does not name one. It empowers the road-police bodies of article 12 of the Highway Code, the judicial police, and the volunteer environmental wardens of the GEV and of Legambiente.
